Our Story
It Started With a Camera & a Question
"What do you want people to know about you?" That simple question sparked a movement that has served thousands of neighbors experiencing homelessness in Oklahoma.
Our Philosophy
Radical Hospitality
Radical Hospitality
Every person who comes to our trailer is treated as a guest, not a client. We believe in going beyond service to genuine relationship.
Story-Driven
BeHeard was born from a camera. We believe every person has a story worth telling and a voice worth hearing.
Meeting People Where They Are
Our mobile units go to where people are — no building, no barriers. Dignity should never require an address.
Known by Name
We don't count heads, we learn names. Small things create big change: a shower, clean clothes, someone remembering your name.
